About the Role
You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural decisions. You will configure and maintain business systems, lead technical projects, assess vendors and risks, document systems, test implementations, support users, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch
- Configure and customize business systems, including permissions, workflows, and integrations
- Manage technical vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, service-level agreements, and vendor performance
- Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, user guides, and configuration specifications
- Lead knowledge-management initiatives
- Own technical risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Analyze business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users
- Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing
- Provide end-user support and training
- Monitor system performance and usage metrics
- Collaborate on integrations with other platforms
- Stay current with emerging business-systems technologies and practices
