About the Role
You will own the day-to-day operations of the Nashville office. You will manage vendors, facilities, shipping and receiving, supplies, technical equipment, inventory, and hardware logistics. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, resolve operational issues, manage multiple projects, and ensure deliverables are completed with quality, urgency, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in business operations project management office management procurement or a related field
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must be based in Nashville and able to work from the Nashville office five days per week
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
Responsibilities
- Own ad hoc operational priorities and projects
- Manage office vendors facilities shipping receiving supplies technical equipment and operational requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Nashville office operations
- Identify and resolve operational issues
- Partner with People IT Finance and Operations to support employee and business needs
- Manage inventory and shipping and receiving of workstations devices and technical hardware
- Ensure projects are completed with quality attention to detail and urgency
