About the Role
You support internal IT operations by managing business applications and workspaces, delivering small IT projects, maintaining IT security standards, handling onboarding and offboarding cycles, providing end-user support, and helping manage hardware throughout its lifecycle.
Requirements
- Deep interest in IT
- Interest in Confluence, Jira, Jumpcloud, Slack, and Google Workplace
- Interest in hardware lifecycle management
- Interest in IT security best practices
- Currently pursuing a degree in an IT-related field or relevant personal projects or professional experience
- Reliability and discipline

Responsibilities
- Manage key applications and workspaces
