About the Role

You will be the driving force behind Unlimit's commercial growth in one of the company's most strategic markets. You will own and execute the go-to-market strategy and establish Unlimit as a dominant fintech infrastructure partner across the region. You will play a critical role in expanding footprint across enterprise and high-growth segments, forging key partnerships, and unlocking new revenue streams. Working at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI-native infrastructure, you will help shape how businesses and autonomous agents interact with global financial systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in commercial roles within fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, scaling teams, and delivering against ambitious targets
  • Deep understanding of the cross border payments ecosystem
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex, API-driven or platform-based products
  • Strong network across enterprise, and high-growth tech companies in the US
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and globally distributed organizations
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
