About the Role
The role develops mining data center pipelines, evaluates market and infrastructure opportunities, researches digital currency mining and American electricity markets, shapes business development strategies, coordinates investment and financing resources, and supports contract closing with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, management, electrical engineering, Energy and Power, or a related field.
- More than 8 years of relevant business development experience.
- Experience in Power, Energy, Oil & Gas, Data Center, Construction, or Finance industries in the US and North America is highly desired.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering is highly desired.
- Interest in blockchain is preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, strategic decision-making, planning, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Superior presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel frequently across states and overseas.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams across cultures and geographies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement work plans based on company development strategy.
- Maintain relationships and networks with industry players and senior leaders.
- Develop and maintain a mining data center pipeline.
- Analyze business expansion opportunities and conduct screening and feasibility analysis.
- Conduct North American market research and competition analysis.
- Develop market development strategies across the states.
- Research the digital currency mining industry and its subdivisions.
- Research the American electricity market and prepare demand analyses and implementation plans.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for investment and financing.
- Support contract closing with potential clients in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
- Handle other ad hoc assignments.
