About the Role
You will operate the data analysis division and lead analysis projects. You will analyze transaction and on-chain data, derive insights, report to executives, propose business actions based on analysis, and plan and improve major business KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in data analysis and utilization
- Practical analysis skills using SQL and Python
- At least 2 years of experience in a team-lead position or above
- Experience structuring complex data and delivering it through reports or dashboards
- Experience analyzing investment or financial data is preferred
- Experience leading data projects with substantial personal contribution is preferred
- Planning ability and logical communication skills are preferred
