About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of entrepreneurs and small businesses, grow portfolio revenue and volume, and meet sales targets while minimizing risk. You will contact overdue clients, acquire new customers, advise clients, sell and cross-sell banking products, plan sales calls, and prepare credit recommendations for escalation.

Responsibilities
- Build active business relationships and manage a portfolio of entrepreneurs and small-business clients
- Maximize portfolio revenue and volume while meeting sales targets and minimizing portfolio risk
- Contact portfolio clients with overdue payment obligations
- Maintain long-term client satisfaction through high-quality service
- Acquire new entrepreneur and small-business clients
- Acquire employees of client companies as retail customers
- Advise clients and sell banking products
- Participate in sales and cross-selling campaigns
- Plan and prepare client sales and advisory calls
- Prepare and escalate credit recommendations for retail loan applications requiring higher approval authority
