About the Role
You will work on a specific Money and Growth business area and analyze performance metrics and economic drivers. You will solve problems involving product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs. You will build models, dashboards, and presentations, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and help execute and monitor strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience or coursework in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL and quantitative modeling techniques
- Ability to synthesize quantitative findings into actionable recommendations
- Fluency with AI tools
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field
- Expected graduation date of Spring or Summer 2028
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders on live Money and Growth priorities
- Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes
- Solve problems involving product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs
- Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance on strategic initiatives
- Develop analytical models, dashboards, and presentations
- Monitor program efficacy
