About the Role
You provide administrative and contract administration support to Business Affairs Executives. You manage calendars, coordinate meetings, track deals, process agreements, review and summarize contracts, prepare documents, communicate with clients and legal professionals, conduct research, and support entertainment business affairs projects.
Requirements
- JD
- Active California Bar membership or eligibility to practice in another U.S. jurisdiction
- Ability to review, analyze, and understand contracts
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional judgment and discretion
- Confidentiality skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with executives, clients, attorneys, agents, and partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and internet research
- Interest in the film industry and entertainment business
