About the Role
You will own the website's design and evolution, including launches, case studies, messaging, responsiveness, accessibility, and quality assurance. You will develop the visual identity and reusable design systems, create landing pages and campaign experiences, and collaborate with engineering to ship web improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, digital, or web design
- Portfolio demonstrating strong digital and web work
- Knowledge of typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, motion, and visual systems
- Ability to work with websites and collaborate with engineers
- Ability to use modern tools such as Claude Code to make design changes
Responsibilities
- Own the design and day-to-day evolution of the website
- Improve website design, user experience, responsiveness, accessibility, and quality
- Work with engineering to bring designs to the web
- Establish QA practices and audit the site for visual and responsive issues
- Define and evolve the visual identity
- Build brand guidelines, templates, and design systems
- Design landing pages, launch pages, campaign experiences, and marketing creative
