About the Role
You will own creative direction for the web, product launches, and campaigns. You will design visual assets, animations, event environments, illustrations, and brand identity across digital and physical media. You will take concepts through shipped work with engineers, set a high craft standard, and create reusable visual systems and patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience with a portfolio including brand systems and shipped web work
- Experience with motion, 3D, illustration, environmental design, event design, or interaction
- Experience designing for developer, B2B, or technical audiences
- Mastery of modern design tools such as Figma
- Understanding of web layouts, buildability, and design-to-code collaboration
Responsibilities
- Define the visual language for web, product launches, and campaigns
- Design hero animations, launch visuals, event environments, and campaign work
- Carry creative work from concept to shipped web experiences
- Establish typography, motion, and visual-detail standards
- Work across web, motion, illustration, 3D, and brand identity
- Build visual systems and reusable patterns
