About the Role
Perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, repair ASIC mining hardware, monitor system performance, install and set up mining machines, maintain records, replace filters, operate maintenance tools, follow safety protocols, and respond to emergencies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or vocational training in mining technology is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in production, manufacturing, construction, shipping, electrical, or troubleshooting
- Knowledge of mining equipment, machinery, and associated technologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for seven hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry 30 to 50 pounds
- Willingness to follow strict safety guidelines
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections on mining equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on ASIC mining hardware
- Install and set up new mining equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and efficiency
- Implement preventative maintenance measures
- Maintain detailed maintenance and equipment records
