About the Role

You will join the Europe Billing Team and take charge of billing activities for assigned partners' portfolios. You will handle day-to-day billing tasks, ensure invoices sent to clients are accurate and of the highest quality, and generate WIP reports for the Billing Team. You will work closely with partners, personal assistants, local finance teams, and the Revenue Management Team to resolve cases, support colleagues, and implement improvements to the billing process, all while complying with firm policies and managing related risks.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience in finance; experience in billing is a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (B2/C1 level, both written and spoken); knowledge of German or French is an advantage
Good knowledge of legal, financial, or accounting principles
Knowledge of the 3E system would be an advantage
Experience working with internal and external clients, with a strong customer service focus
Accuracy and attention to detail
Analytical thinking
Willingness to learn and share knowledge
Positive team player with a can-do attitude
Proactive approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day billing tasks
Comply with the firm's policies and obligations, and effectively manage any risks related to this role
Ensure the highest quality of invoices sent to clients
Generate various WIP reports for Billing Team members
Support colleagues and resolve standard cases to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including partners, personal assistants, and local finance teams
Work with the Revenue Management Team to identify and implement improvements to the billing process
Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
