About the Role
You will support fund tax reporting processes end-to-end, from data collection to final reporting, across a global investment fund platform spanning Luxembourg, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, the US, and other jurisdictions. You will review a wide range of tax deliverables for direct and indirect tax prepared by external service providers, and help calculate and distribute investor tax reporting on a regular basis. You will ensure local and international tax documentation and filings stay up to date across all business lines, and join weekly meetings with external service providers to ensure quality and adherence to timelines. You will collaborate on fund tax-specific and firm-wide projects, communicating directly with external providers and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of high-volume, data-intensive tax processes by leveraging systems, automation, and analytics tools, and support the coordination of tax correspondence, compliance communications, and related documentation, including interactions with authorities.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience ideally within a Big Four tax compliance or tax advisory team
- Good knowledge of the international tax environment and tax principles
- Knowledge of accounting standards is considered a plus
- Efficient, well-organised, and independent professional attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with process management tools
- Interest in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI), automation, and AI is a plus
- Previous experience with project management, data management and process improvements is a plus
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Support fund tax reporting processes end-to-end, from data collection to final reporting

- Ensure proper, up-to-date local and international tax documentation and tax filings
- Participate in weekly meetings with external service providers

- Support continuous improvement of tax processes leveraging systems and automation
- Contribute to tax process improvement initiatives including automation and digitalisation
- Coordinate tax correspondence, compliance communications, and related documentation
- Support process optimisation initiatives including implementation of AI-enabled tools
