About the Role
Support end-to-end fund tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions, review tax deliverables prepared by external providers, coordinate investor tax reporting, maintain tax documentation and filings, and contribute to automation, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2-3 years of relevant tax compliance or tax advisory experience
- Knowledge of international tax principles and tax compliance
- Efficient, organized, independent, and detail-oriented work style
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with process management tools
- Fluent spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Support fund tax reporting processes from data collection through final reporting
- Review direct and indirect tax deliverables prepared by external service providers
- Calculate and distribute investor tax reporting
- Maintain local and international tax documentation and filings
- Participate in weekly meetings with external service providers
- Support fund tax-specific and firm-wide projects
- Communicate with external providers and internal stakeholders
- Improve high-volume tax processes using systems, automation, and analytics
- Coordinate tax correspondence, compliance communications, and documentation
- Support implementation of AI-enabled process optimization tools
