About the Role
You will support accounting operations by issuing tax certificates, preparing reporting forms and official accounting books, and drafting responses to customer and supplier inquiries. You will respond to customer tickets and complete other assigned duties within the accounting area.
Requirements
- Be available to start the productive stage.
- Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract, either as a first apprenticeship contract or as part of a training chain.
- Be located in Bogotá or surrounding areas.
- Have proactive and assertive communication skills.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Support the issuance of tax certificates for customers and suppliers.
- Prepare draft responses to customer and supplier complaints or inquiries.
- Support the preparation of national magnetic media reporting forms.
- Respond to tickets related to customer requests.
- Support the preparation and printing of official accounting books.
- Perform other assigned duties within the area.
