About the Role
You will guide merchants through discovery, onboarding, implementation, training, and activation. You will manage go-live timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, resolve implementation obstacles, configure accounts and menus, support hardware installation, and deliver remote and occasional onsite consultations.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in software implementation support sales account management or customer success preferred
- Ability to work independently and take action
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives
- Strong time management and written and verbal communication skills
- Track record delivering complex technology projects with internal and external clients
- Ability to learn new products and organizational changes quickly
- Previous project management experience
- Experience in POS payments or technology industries is a plus
- Experience in hardware installation and network configuration is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Located in PST or MST time zone
Responsibilities
- Drive onboarding and implementation experiences for sellers
- Manage go-live timelines and accelerate deal velocity
- Coordinate with Sales Account Management Customer Success Engineering and Product
- Resolve implementation obstacles and manage stakeholder communications
- Learn and explain platform products integrations and ecosystem features
- Lead multi-merchant projects and allocate resources
- Create training materials for internal teams and external partners
- Perform data entry and migration tasks
- Conduct remote merchant consultations and training
- Support occasional onsite training and hardware installation
- Configure customer accounts and optimize menu setups
