About the Role
You will build trusted customer relationships, answer questions about markets, positions, and the platform, and guide customers through onboarding. You will communicate clearly, resolve routine needs, identify issues requiring escalation, and improve repeatable client-facing processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of client-facing, account management, or relationship management experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to learn a technical product quickly and explain it plainly
- Familiarity with prediction markets, futures, or derivatives is a plus
- Experience building or improving client-facing processes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about markets, positions, and the platform
- Guide customers through onboarding and early trading experiences
- Maintain clear, consistent, and human customer communication
- Escalate complex customer needs to the appropriate person
- Identify recurring questions and customer friction points
- Recommend improvements and build repeatable client-facing processes
