About the Role
You will prepare and fulfill customer food and beverage orders, respond to inquiries and deliveries, and maintain clean food-service spaces. You will complete daily preparation work, maintain equipment, meet quality standards, provide customer service, and manage supplies as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in a food-service environment with coffee and beverage services
- Availability for first shift Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6:30 PM
- Ability to carry items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift objects frequently
- U.S. export-control eligibility or ability to obtain required authorizations
