About the Role
You will operate the in-house coffee bar, serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, and maintain a welcoming environment. You will set up, clean, and maintain bar equipment; manage stock and deliveries; support office cleanliness; and assist with facilities tasks, events, projects, and ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of barista experience
- Passion for coffee
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to improve or develop efficient processes
Responsibilities
- Serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
- Set up, pack down, clean, and maintain coffee bar equipment
- Support facilities roles as office needs require
- Maintain coffee bar inventory and unpack deliveries
- Keep the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean and tidy
- Maintain dishwashers and launder cloths and towels
- Assist with office and kitchen cleanliness
- Assist with special events, projects, and ad hoc requests
