About the Role
You will lead end-to-end change initiatives for the Avaloq wealth platform and manage the product backlog. You will define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; guide agile delivery; coordinate stakeholders; support users; and execute change-management activities, training, documentation, and process improvements.

- Lead, plan, prioritize, and execute Avaloq wealth-platform change initiatives
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the product backlog and drive system improvement
- Establish processes for rolling out new features and functionalities
- Address production functional queries and train users
- Act as product owner, business lead, and business analyst for the wealth segment
- Define and prioritize features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
