About the Role
You will create BPMN 2.0 future-state process models and translate approved requirements into scalable process artefacts. You will maintain traceability, resolve requirement gaps, review junior analysts’ work, facilitate stakeholder walkthroughs, validate processes with client SMEs, mentor analysts, and improve modelling standards and quality.

Responsibilities
- Produce BPMN 2.0 future-state process models
- Incorporate requirements, operating-model components, system interactions, business rules, and regulatory obligations into models
- Decompose end-to-end journeys into reusable sub-processes
- Maintain traceability between processes, requirements, systems, controls, outputs, and procedures
- Identify and resolve requirements gaps and ambiguities
- Review junior analysts’ process artefacts
- Facilitate stakeholder process walkthroughs and secure approvals
- Validate operational details with client subject-matter experts
- Improve modelling standards, templates, methodologies, quality, and consistency
- Mentor junior Process Analysts
