About the Role
You will develop, deploy, and validate software systems for autonomous vehicles. You will integrate sensors, autopilots, APIs, and communication systems; deploy and test software in field environments; improve CI/CD processes; validate behavior in simulation; and document system work.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in robotics engineering, computer science, computer engineering, optimization, or equivalent, or 5 years of relevant multi-agent autonomy design experience
- 2+ years of professional industry experience
- Proficiency with Linux and command-line tools
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++
- Experience with robotic systems, sensors, and vehicle autopilots
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
- Knowledge of DDS, UDP, ROS2, or other inter-vehicle communication protocols
- Experience integrating third-party software and APIs
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25%
- U.S. citizenship
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

- Develop, deploy, and validate software systems on autonomous vehicles
- Deploy and test software in real-world field environments
- Integrate sensors and vehicle autopilot systems
- Deploy and optimize perception pipelines and autonomy software
- Support inter-vehicle communication systems
- Integrate third-party software and APIs
- Improve software integration and CI/CD processes
- Validate vehicle systems in simulation before field deployment
- Document processes, system status, and improvements
