About the Role
You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate automated storage, robotic vehicle, lift, and robotic-arm systems. You will document maintenance in the CMMS, recover robotic vehicles, resolve production issues, perform utility work, and follow all site safety procedures.
Requirements
- 3 years of mechanical automation system experience or equivalent training
- PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience
- Electro-mechanical diagram troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate automated systems
- Inspection proficiency
- Ability to work independently using procedures and manuals
Responsibilities
- Inspect automated storage, robotic vehicle, adapter, and lift systems
- Adjust, calibrate, repair, replace, and modify system components
- Monitor automated storage and retrieval system flow
- Troubleshoot robotic vehicle anomalies and stoppages
- Document inspections, repairs, parts, and labor in the CMMS
- Communicate production-impacting issues and corrective actions
- Recover automated robotic vehicles in restrictive environments
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, set up, and change tools on robotic arms
- Perform cleaning and follow 5S policies
- Perform Cell Operator functions as needed
