About the Role
You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated storage, retrieval, robotic, conveyor, and electro-mechanical equipment. You will diagnose downtime, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, document work in the CMMS, support reliability improvements, and follow site safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with mechanical or automated systems.
- Electro-mechanical troubleshooting ability, including interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic data.
- Proficiency in preventive inspections, cleaning, lubrication, tolerance checks, and electrical measurements.
- Ability to work independently using procedures, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Commitment to lockout/tagout and other safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated storage and retrieval systems, robotic vehicles, lifts, conveyors, sensors, motors, robotic arms, and related equipment.
- Diagnose equipment downtime using schematics, drawings, HMI interfaces, diagnostic software, and test equipment.
- Perform preventive, corrective, mechanical, and electrical maintenance.
- Maintain CMMS documentation for inspections, repairs, root-cause findings, parts usage, and corrective actions.
- Support continuous-improvement, root-cause-analysis, and reliability maintenance programs.
- Mentor Maintenance Technician I personnel.
- Maintain compliance with safety requirements, including lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and work-at-height procedures.
