About the Role
You will support management and portfolio governance meetings by preparing presentations, analyses, and decision materials. You will contribute to portfolio controlling and planning, analyse data, improve reports and dashboards, and take on conceptual and organisational assignments.
Requirements
- Demonstrate interest in project portfolio management, business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Have initial experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python, or similar analysis and visualisation tools
- Apply analytical thinking and conceptual skills to communicate complex relationships clearly
- Demonstrate interest in strategy, portfolio management, and corporate steering
- Have excellent German language skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare management, portfolio, and governance meetings, presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials
- Contribute to portfolio controlling, the Portfolio Data Hub, Drumbeat Planning, impact management, and portfolio management
- Analyse data and improve reports and dashboards to derive management insights
- Undertake conceptual and organisational assignments for the Head of Project Portfolio Steering
- Contribute to business intelligence, portfolio analytics, impact measurement, or strategic portfolio steering
