About the Role
You will provide enterprise end-user IT support, including white-glove support for executives and leadership activities. You will administer identity and access controls, maintain endpoint and asset-management processes, support meeting technology, resolve incidents, document procedures, and participate in on-call and after-hours maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, desktop support, or enterprise IT support.
- 3+ years of experience supporting executives, executive assistants, or VIP users in a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux in a business environment.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity and access management.
- Experience troubleshooting endpoint hardware, software, operating systems, and collaboration technology.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switching, and wireless networking.
- Experience with Jira Service Management, Snipe-IT, ServiceNow, or similar IT service and asset-management platforms.
- Troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and urgency.
- Ability to participate in on-call and after-hours maintenance.
- Experience with Intune, JAMF, PowerShell, Bash, AV technology, collaboration technology, endpoint security, or AI-powered tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service and support employees across multiple locations.
- Provide technical support for endpoint and user systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Deliver white-glove support for executives, executive assistants, board activities, and visiting leaders.
- Support conference room, collaboration, and meeting technology.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Support endpoint management and security controls.
- Perform device provisioning, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, refresh coordination, and secure decommissioning.
- Maintain asset records and software licensing information.
- Resolve service requests and technical incidents and escalate complex issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-base content.
- Collaborate on enterprise IT operations and issue resolution.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance.
