About the Role
You will support the procure-to-pay lifecycle, delivery assurance, and logistics coordination for infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with engineering, construction, suppliers, finance, legal, and operations teams, validate purchase order details, track payments and deliveries, identify risks, and improve purchasing and logistics processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in supply chain operations, procure-to-pay, logistics coordination, or project-based supply chain environments
- Experience managing purchase orders
- Experience expediting suppliers and coordinating deliveries
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple high-value orders simultaneously
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Odoo preferred
Responsibilities
- Own and support the procure-to-pay lifecycle
- Coordinate between engineering, construction, suppliers, finance, and legal teams
- Validate scope, pricing, specifications, delivery terms, tax treatment, and approvals
- Issue and track purchase orders in ERP systems
- Monitor payment milestones
- Maintain auditable purchasing records
- Expedite suppliers and confirm production and shipping schedules
- Track long-lead and critical-path equipment
- Identify supply chain and logistics risks
- Escalate schedule deviations and coordinate corrective actions
- Maintain delivery trackers
- Develop and improve procure-to-pay workflows and expediting procedures
- Create templates, trackers, dashboards, and logistics reports
- Identify process bottlenecks
- Recommend process improvements
