About the Role
You will help enterprise customers adopt, deploy, and scale Claude Code. You will lead workshops, discovery calls, pilots, and technical evaluations; develop tailored workflows; create demos and technical content; troubleshoot issues; and share customer feedback with product and engineering partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience
- Daily active use of Claude Code with deep hands-on expertise
- 1+ years of customer-facing technical experience
- Understanding of software development workflows, toolchains, and developer productivity
- Experience with programming languages, IDEs, and development environments
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Technical presentation, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Lead Claude Code technical workshops and identify expansion opportunities
- Guide customers through proof-of-concept implementations and technical evaluations
- Develop workflows and configurations for customer development environments
- Conduct discovery calls and technical pilots
- Provide hands-on support during evaluations and rollout phases
- Build technical champions within customer engineering organizations
- Create demo environments, scripts, and technical content
- Provide product feedback based on customer interactions
- Partner on technical sales cycles and post-deployment expansion
