About the Role

Strengthen and scale Liminal Custody’s operational engine across risk, compliance, customer operations, process governance, custody operations, and cross-functional program execution. The role works with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Compliance, Finance, Leadership, and Taiwan teams to improve workflows, maintain controls, and deliver reliable service.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • Strong analytical, process design, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced technology, fintech, SaaS, or regulated environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Notion, JIRA, HubSpot, Salesforce, or operational dashboards.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and structure complex problems.
  • Demonstrated ownership and ability to execute end-to-end.
  • Prior CEO office experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across departments.
  • Design, document, and maintain SOPs, playbooks, runbooks, and approval frameworks.
  • Lead company-wide operational projects, compliance initiatives, customer migrations, audits, and OKR tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and track project progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintain operational dashboards, performance metrics, and MIS reports for leadership.
  • Support custody signing, reconciliation, proof of reserves, key management, and operational resilience.
  • Streamline KYB onboarding and collaborate with compliance and internal audit teams.
  • Lead adoption of task management, CRM, ITSM, and work-orchestration tools.
  • Identify automation opportunities across finance, operations, and customer workflows.
  • Support company events, employee initiatives, administrative records, and communication between Taiwan and regional teams.
