About the Role

You will recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-disciplinary systems-test team. You will develop verification capabilities, create and execute test methods, lead design-verification planning and reporting, ensure requirements traceability, and support product characterization and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Experience performing verification and validation in a formal context
• Expertise translating performance requirements into practical tests
• Track record of developing repeatable and reproducible test systems and methods
• Resource-planning and execution experience
• Exceptional communication, conflict-management, and interpersonal skills
• At least 10 years of test engineering experience
• At least 5 years leading cross-disciplinary teams developing and verifying robotic or similarly complex embedded systems
• At least 5 years directly managing managers, engineers, and technicians
• Experience across at least one mass-produced product lifecycle
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team

• Develop, execute, and analyze test methods and fixtures
• Lead design verification planning and reporting across the product ecosystem
• Ensure bidirectional traceability between requirements, verification plans, and results
• Manage the evolution of systems engineering, integration, and test practices
• Support system characterization and benchmarking
• Collaborate with verification and validation organizations
