About the Role
You lead and deliver complex traffic engineering, transport planning, and mobility projects. You oversee technical quality, assess traffic impacts, develop transport models, analyze intersections and road networks, manage project scope and delivery, advise clients and stakeholders, mentor engineers and planners, and support proposals and business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10–15+ years of experience in traffic engineering, transport planning, or transportation infrastructure consulting
- Professional accreditation such as Chartered Engineer, Professional Engineer, or equivalent registration
- Expertise in traffic impact assessments, transport modelling, junction or intersection analysis, and project leadership
- Proficiency with SIDRA, VISUM, VISSIM, or Aimsun
Responsibilities
- Lead complex traffic engineering, transport planning, and mobility projects
- Conduct and review traffic impact assessments
- Perform transport modelling and intersection analysis
- Study road network performance
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead technical presentations and workshops
- Mentor engineers and transport planners
- Provide technical leadership and quality assurance
- Prepare proposals and identify new project opportunities
