About the Role
You will support the legal needs of a data center construction program by developing contract and procurement strategies, negotiating and executing construction agreements, and supporting their administration. You will advise delivery teams on scope amendments, change orders, dispute resolution, and global planning and contract strategy while coordinating with construction, procurement, design, and legal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of experience in program or project management
- 3–5 years of experience with construction contract management
- 3–5 years of experience in construction management, business agreements, supplier development, or supply chain processes
- Experience in hyperscaler data center construction is preferred
Responsibilities
