About the Role
Support the legal needs of a data center construction program by developing contract and procurement strategies, negotiating and executing construction agreements, supporting their administration, and advising delivery teams on scope amendments, change orders, dispute resolution, and global planning and contract strategy.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of experience in program or project management
- 3–5 years of experience with construction contract management
- 3–5 years of experience in construction management, business agreements, supplier development, or supply chain processes
- Experience in hyperscaler data center construction is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute contract and procurement strategies
- Lead negotiation and execution of construction agreements
- Support delivery teams in administering construction agreements
- Support scope amendments, change orders, and dispute resolution
- Contribute to global planning and contract strategy
