About the Role
You will manage strategic Limited Partner client relationships throughout onboarding and ongoing service delivery. You will lead data collection campaigns, coordinate with account management, product, and onboarding functions, gather client feedback, support product improvements, deliver training, and support product integration.

Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the LP alternative-asset industry and Insight platform.
- Partner with LP clients throughout onboarding and service delivery.
- Build client relationships and lead quarterly data collection campaigns.
- Coordinate across Account Management, Product, and Onboarding functions.
- Gather feedback, drive service improvements, support product enhancements, and deliver training.
- Support client outcomes and product integration across eFront, Aladdin, and BlackRock.
- Share knowledge and best practices with global colleagues.
