About the Role

You will build relationships with consultant firms and clients, serve as a contact for operational inquiries, and coordinate solutions with internal stakeholders. You will manage client deliverables, support RFPs and projects, investigate service issues, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, client servicing, operations, relationship management, or a related field preferred
• Client and stakeholder relationship management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Interest in financial markets and investment management

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with consultant firms and clients
• Serve as a primary contact for operational servicing inquiries
• Coordinate solutions for client service challenges
• Manage client expectations and communication on service delivery and operational changes
• Support consultant firm coverage and day-to-day client servicing
• Support RFPs and client initiatives by researching operational data and insights
• Coordinate client reporting, invoicing, pricing information, and other deliverables
• Manage operational requests and communicate progress and completion
• Conduct root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and improve processes
