About the Role

You will support comedy touring operations by maintaining booking systems, schedules, diaries, contracts, ticket counts, payments, and settlements. You will coordinate tour routing and on-sales, maintain client information, assist with immigration administration, attend shows, research potential clients, and develop process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the booking system updated
  • Schedule meetings and manage booking schedules and diaries
  • Resolve or escalate enquiries
  • Run ticket counts for tours
  • Contract shows accurately and efficiently
  • Track show income and chase deposits and payments
  • Procure venue availability and assist with tour routing
  • Compare show offers and collate them for management
  • Explain tour settlements, financials, taxes, and deductions
  • Coordinate Edinburgh booking needs and opportunities
  • Coordinate tour on-sales, ticket links, assets, and riders
  • Maintain client information
  • Manage guest-list requests
  • Collect tour support suggestions and present them to management
  • Request and manage invoices
  • Check settlements and payments and approve final-settlement statements
  • Assist with immigration forms, sponsorship certificates, and passport records
  • Attend shows and meetings
  • Review comedy and live-event content and identify potential clients
