Skills
About the Role
You'll own visual craft end-to-end, from shaping how a campaign idea comes to life in a pitch, to what it looks and feels like in market across paid social, YouTube, and beyond. Some days you'll be on the tools yourself, and on others you'll direct a shoot or guide a team through a fast-turnaround sprint. The work spans quick social shoots at the Juniper office through to multi-month campaigns with celebrities, and everything in between. You'll work closely with the performance marketing team, feeding creative data back into ideation and driving fast iterations across Juniper's weekly creative cycles. As the visual identity custodian for the growth team, you'll be the connective tissue between growth, product, web, and global brand, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint and acting as the growth team's key point of contact through an upcoming rebrand.
