About the Role
You will advise French enterprise customers on deploying Claude in their operations and products. You will lead technical evaluations, proofs of value, architecture discussions, and procurement support; develop executive business cases; prepare integration partners for delivery; and provide technical guidance throughout deployment.
Requirements
- Native or fluent written and spoken French.
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder.
- Pre-sales or technical advisory experience with large enterprises.
- Value-based selling experience.
- Experience engaging C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and technical due diligence.
- Production experience with LLM-powered applications, prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production applications.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives and Applied AI Architects to guide French enterprise customers through evaluation, proof of value, procurement, and adoption.
- Lead the technical side of customer opportunities and remain the technical advisor during deployment.
- Agree target architectures and success criteria with customers and systems integration partners.
- Advise customer engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation.
- Build and present business value cases to C-level and senior executives in French and English.
- Guide customers through technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security reviews, architecture reviews, and production planning.
- Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions.
- Navigate security, compliance, data residency, and governance requirements.
- Share enterprise engagement insights with Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams.
- Travel to customer sites across France.
