About the Role
You will build production-ready AI product experiences, including workflow builders, proactive assistants, review flows, and human-AI collaboration interfaces. You will develop evaluation, observability, and feedback systems; improve reliability through prompting, context construction, tooling, and instrumentation; and turn production feedback into measurable product improvements.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-assisted product experiences
- Software engineering experience across backend systems, user-facing product, data, evaluation, and model behavior
- Product judgment for user outcomes and system behavior
- Experience debugging production failures and incorporating feedback
- Ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered product experiences for creating, configuring, evaluating, and improving workflows
- Design and ship model-interaction interfaces and human-AI collaboration patterns
- Build evaluation, observability, and feedback systems
- Improve AI reliability through prompting, context construction, tool-use strategies, instrumentation, and feedback loops
- Turn production failures and user feedback into product improvements, regression tests, and evaluation suites
- Collaborate with modelling, product, design, customer teams, and domain experts
- Determine the appropriate product, interface, evaluation, or modelling investment for workflows
