About the Role

You will act as a pre-sales technical architect for global and regional system integrators and cloud partners. You will help partners build AI practices, develop industry-specific generative AI solutions and reference architectures, resolve complex issues, and support strategic customer opportunities. You will also run technical enablement activities, represent the company at events, and share partner feedback to inform product and partner strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles
• Experience partnering with system integrators or cloud providers on complex technical challenges
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools, or a machine learning or data science background
• Fluency in Korean and English

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to partnership teams and deepen partner technical capabilities
• Enable partner AI practices, troubleshoot issues, and serve as an escalation point
• Develop joint industry-specific generative AI solutions, reference architectures, and best practices
• Support strategic customer deals with technical expertise and solution architecture guidance
• Represent Anthropic at partner workshops, summits, conferences, hackathons, and enablement sessions
• Gather product feedback from partners and share it with relevant teams
