About the Role

You will serve as a pre-sales architect for system integrators and cloud partners. You will develop joint generative AI solutions, support strategic customer deals, enable partner technical teams, lead technical events, and deliver partner feedback that informs product and partner strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles
• Experience partnering with system integrators or cloud providers on complex technical challenges
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to executives, engineering teams, and IT teams
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools, or a machine learning or data science background
• Strong presentation and technical communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical thought partner to the go-to-market partnerships team
• Enable system integrator and cloud partner AI practices
• Support troubleshooting and escalate complex technical issues
• Develop joint industry-specific generative AI solutions and reference architectures
• Provide solution architecture guidance for strategic customer deals
• Represent the company at partner events, workshops, summits, hackathons, and enablement sessions
• Gather and validate product feedback from partners
• Deliver partner feedback to inform product roadmap and partner strategy
