About the Role

You will act as a trusted technical advisor for commercial customers adopting Claude. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, build prototypes and evaluation frameworks, create reusable blueprints and demos, and guide customers from discovery through deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical software engineering experience with customer-facing exposure, or 3+ years as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
• Python
• Technical communication

• Machine learning or data science
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Advise customers throughout discovery, evaluation, and deployment
• Support customers building with the Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise
• Build prototypes, proof of concepts, evaluation frameworks, and near-production examples
• Create reusable blueprints, demos, and enablement assets
• Guide architecture decisions and Claude integrations
• Help customers measure Claude performance for specific use cases
• Share integration patterns and product insights internally
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
• Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
