About the Role
You will act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding them from discovery through deployment. You will design scalable Claude integrations, develop evaluation frameworks, deliver technical content, coordinate stakeholders, share product feedback, and travel to customer sites when needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
- Experience with enterprise customers in India or APAC
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
- Python
- LLM frameworks and tools or machine learning or data science experience
- Technical communication skills
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Advise enterprise customers from discovery through deployment
- Support customers using the Claude API and Claude for Work
- Deliver technical content for engineering teams and executives
- Guide architecture decisions and Claude integrations
- Develop evaluation frameworks for customer use cases
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering
- Travel within India and APAC for customer workshops and technical discussions
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
- Collaborate across time zones with global teams
