About the Role
You will provide technical support for production and demo trading environments, respond to partner incidents, run daily exchange operations, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, support releases, maintain runbooks, and automate operational workflows.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience supporting production software applications or technical platforms
- Experience with trading platforms, prediction markets, exchanges, or real-time transactional environments
- SQL and relational database experience
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data feeds, and log or metrics investigation tools
- Technical troubleshooting and incident-management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to occasionally work nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical contact for partner channels
- Support and administer production and demo trading environments
- Execute and monitor daily operational processing
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents
- Contribute to root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews
- Monitor performance and implement tuning recommendations
- Support upgrades, deployments, and release validation
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and shift handovers
- Investigate and implement workflow automation
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and partner teams
