About the Role
You will lead the company's app development business, shaping the technical roadmap and development strategy in line with business and regulatory goals. You will oversee the entire app development lifecycle from demand analysis and architecture design through development, testing, launch, iteration, and maintenance, with a focus on core features like digital currency trading, fund recharge and withdrawal, and user asset management. You will define the technical architecture and technology stack, drive adoption of new development tools and methodologies, and work closely with product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will supervise development of critical features such as trading interfaces, order execution, authentication, and security encryption, and manage releases across major app stores. You will build and improve the app security framework, run regular audits and vulnerability scans, and ensure compliance with global regulations and app store policies. You will build, manage, and grow the app development team, set OKRs and performance standards, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative technical culture. You will collaborate across product, trading, compliance, risk, and operations teams, support backend integration, and manage project plans, budgets, and risks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of mobile app development and management experience
- 3+ years of app development team management experience
- Experience in fintech, digital currency, payment, or internet financial institutions preferred
- Experience leading development and launch of large-scale mobile apps
- Proficiency in mobile app development frameworks (iOS Swift, Android Kotlin/Java, or cross-platform Flutter/React Native)
- Familiarity with app technical architecture design, performance optimization, and security encryption
- Familiarity with app store review rules and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with digital currency exchange-related business
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello) and code management tools (Git, SVN)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong technical research and innovation capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CKAD, CKA preferred
Responsibilities
- Formulate the app development strategy, technical roadmap, and development plans
- Determine app technical architecture, development framework, and technology stack
- Research and introduce advanced app development technologies and methodologies
- Coordinate with the product team to convert business needs into technical solutions
- Oversee the entire app development lifecycle from demand review to launch
- Supervise development of core app functions such as trading, authentication, and security
- Manage app iteration, maintenance, and bug fixing
- Coordinate with the test team to formulate test plans and standards
- Manage app release and update processes across major app stores
- Establish and improve the app security management system
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability scans
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and app store rules
- Cooperate with compliance and risk control teams on audits and filings
- Build, manage, and develop the app development team
- Arrange work assignments and supervise team progress
- Guide team members' professional growth through training and mentorship
- Manage team performance and conduct performance reviews
- Communicate with product, trading, compliance, risk, and operations departments
- Coordinate with the backend development team on system integration
- Provide technical support to other departments
- Communicate with external technical partners on cooperation matters
- Manage app development projects including plans, progress, cost, and quality
- Formulate and control the app development team's budget
- Track and analyze project execution and optimize project management processes
