About the Role
Grow Berachain's presence in the Chinese crypto market by cultivating retail users, trading communities, and developer ecosystems. Execute go-to-market strategies, build strategic partnerships, localize messaging and documentation, onboard developers, organize community initiatives, and represent the project at industry events.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in crypto, preferably with Layer 1/2 projects, exchanges, or top-tier dApp protocols.
- Deep familiarity with the Chinese crypto landscape, including trading communities, influencers, and developer networks.
- Proven ability to grow and manage communities in China.
- Strong Mandarin and English communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Token launch or ecosystem incentive experience in Chinese is a nice to have.
- Growth campaign, token launch, and trading activity experience with influencers is a nice to have.
- Experience organizing events, hackathons, or campaigns in China is a nice to have.
- Familiarity with Berachain architecture and Proof of Liquidity is a nice to have.
- Cantonese fluency is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption among Chinese users and developers.
- Develop relationships with key influencers, trading communities, and local media.
- Onboard and support Chinese developers and dApp projects.
- Organize hackathons, meetups, and educational initiatives.
- Tailor messaging, documentation, and content to the Chinese market.
- Identify and manage partnerships with exchanges, wallets, media outlets, dApps, and enterprises.
- Represent Berachain at conferences, community events, and public forums.
