About the Role
You will build, develop, and operate corporate compliance policies, processes, and tools. You will manage anti-corruption due diligence, screening, controls, training, records, and investigations. You will also support sanctions and export-control classifications, contractual positions, onboarding requirements, and regulatory monitoring.
Requirements
- Legal Master's degree in Business Law, Corporate Law, Compliance, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a company, law firm, consulting firm, or regulatory authority
- Exposure to at least two areas: anti-corruption and Sapin II, economic sanctions, or export controls
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate legal advice and complex legal concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ethical awareness
Responsibilities
- Coordinate deployment of Sapin II policies, controls, training, and third-party procedures
- Lead risk-based due diligence, integrity screening, enhanced diligence, and periodic reviews
- Support implementation and review of the code of conduct, whistleblowing framework, policies, and training
- Administer gifts, hospitality, and conflicts-of-interest processes and maintain records
- Define and monitor risk-based anti-corruption accounting controls with Finance and Internal Control
- Monitor and assess the anti-corruption programme, regulatory developments, incidents, reviews, and investigations
- Manage screening for new and existing counterparties
- Support export-control classification of AI models, software, technology, compute infrastructure, and hardware
- Embed screening and access-control requirements into onboarding, contracting, and deployment processes
- Develop and maintain sanctions and export-control contractual clauses and support agreement negotiations
- Coordinate external counsel and advisers and contribute to programme reporting
