About the Role
You will process Singapore and Australia trade-operations transactions, obtain required instructions, and resolve transaction queries with counterparties. You will perform end-of-day reconciliations, follow risk and control policies, improve work processes, and complete assigned operational tasks accurately within service standards.

- Process daily Singapore and Australia trade-operations transactions according to service standards
- Liaise with business units and customers to obtain transaction instructions
- Liaise with internal and external counterparties on transaction queries
- Perform end-of-day transaction reconciliations
- Adhere to risk and control guidelines and policies
- Assist with work-process improvement projects
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the supervising manager
