About the Role

You will administer commercial property transactions within pension schemes, process invoices and payments, reconcile financial records, support VAT reporting, and resolve account queries. You will communicate with external stakeholders and customers, maintain accurate compliant records, and deliver service to agreed standards.

Responsibilities

  • Administer commercial property transactions held within pension schemes
  • Process property-related invoices and ensure accurate, timely payments
  • Reconcile rent receipts, property bank accounts, tenant payments, and supplier invoices
  • Support VAT administration and reporting
  • Communicate with solicitors, valuers, advisers, lenders, tenants, managing agents, and customers
  • Maintain accurate records in line with legislation, HMRC requirements, and internal policies
  • Investigate and resolve payment, reconciliation, and account queries
  • Work to service level agreements and quality standards
  • Deliver customer service through written and telephone communication
