About the Role
You will support nearby agents and customers, reconcile Premium Agency transactions daily, record cash-management transactions in the treasury system, request funds for rebalancing, and report discrepancies, challenges, and counterfeit bills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a cashier in cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, cash handling, or delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in French
- Experience in front-office customer service or banking
- Knowledge of Wave products is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Help nearby agents with deposits and withdrawals
- Support agent and customer needs related to Wave products and accounts
- Maintain daily reconciliation of premium points
- Record cash-management transactions in the treasury system
- Request funds to rebalance agents and clients
- Report discrepancies and challenges to the Premium Cash Officer
- Report counterfeit bills to leadership
